Bernardo Kastrup is basically running his own online non-duality philosophy cult, regardless of whether this is his explicit intention. His whole brand of analytic idealism is essentially repackaged non-dualism (Advaita Vedanta) with his own personal twists on it.
Considering that Kastrup is a close ally of Rupert Spira, who is running his own non-duality Vedanta cult online, I’d say that the two philosophies are virtually identical.
Those two have done multiple interviews on YouTube together where they compare and contrast their philosophies, and they have come to the conclusion that there are no major differences between them.

That's (more or less) how I see it. However, minus the angle on the Vedanta. I simply don't know enough about this to comment.
